My husband and I have been to Main Street Burgers in Los Gatos twice recently and both times had great experiences. Their burgers are nice and juicy and a nice large portion of fries too! The person who takes our order has great customer service skills and always smiles and their chefs are friendly and nice too! It makes you feel good to dine there. They've recently been under new ownership this last year and they're doing great with their customer service. I give them 5 stars for all around exceptional customer service and good food too! We will be back. Thank you!

I was super excited to note that they served Halal burgers. Great place just to enjoy nice juicy burger and more. The servers are great and eager to help. Felt like they really wanted my business.
This is a great place for lunch or dinner. The food is always consistently good. The burgers are great and the salads are always fresh! They offer great patio seating and the restaurant is very clean inside.
When they call it the Nirvana burger it's for a reason. I don't think I breathed once while eating it. Superb!
I have only been here once and did take-out, but I already want to go back, so 5 stars for them!
The staff member who took my order was patient and kind as I figured out what I wanted and made adjustments to my order. The person who packed up my order did a good job because the bag fell over 3 times on my drive home, and everything still looked fine when we took everything out.
I love that all their burgers come with a salad or fries. For a little extra, you can upgrade the fries to one of their other awesome sides. My partner got the Main Street Original with pepper jack cheese--he was a fan. I got the California with a veggie patty--I liked it but couldn't really taste the pesto aioli. We also got the loaded tots and the garlic fries. The loaded tots were pretty awesome, so we would definitely get that again. The garlic in the fries didn't feel cooked enough, and it felt like it was missing salt, so we'll pass on that next time.
They have a patio section that looks inviting and you can people-watch while you eat, so I look forward to dining in some time. Also looking forward to trying a different kind of burger and the truffle tots!
