When we are over the hill from the Santa Cruz area this is definitely our go to place for a great hamburger, and a malt or shake. A little pricey, but the setting is nice both indoors and outdoors and the people have always been excellent.
My husband and I have been to Main Street Burgers in Los Gatos twice recently and both times had great experiences. Their burgers are nice and juicy and a nice large portion of fries too! The person who takes our order has great customer service skills and always smiles and their chefs are friendly and nice too! It makes you feel good to dine there. They've recently been under new ownership this last year and they're doing great with their customer service. I give them 5 stars for all around exceptional customer service and good food too! We will be back. Thank you!
